XDAT9200 series heavy air jet towel machine adopts weighted frame structure, curved section type beating shaft, equipment has better stability, reduce equipment vibration. Six-bar weft beating can prolong the warp opening time and facilitate weft insertion. It is more suitable for fabric weaving in wide-width loom. With the reed mode, the flapping bar can be used in both active and negative ways, which steadily widens the weaving range of the towel. The opening mechanism of this machine is optional: electronic multi-arm, large jacquard, with electronic let-off, electronic take-up, weft change dense weaving function; Automatic stop of broken warp, electronic length measurement of double weft probing, electronic filling storage, detection of broken yarn on stranded edge and detection of yarn on caught edge are controlled by electronic control, which makes the operation more humanized.
